[Resolved] Idea Broadband — Complaint against idea broadband for internet speed

Hello team,

I have idea broadband internet connection. And i have complaint regarding speed issue to customer representative 40-50 times within 100 days. But still issue is not resolved.

I have complaint against idea broadband to consumer complaint for fraud, but for that i didn't get any positive response and i have tolerated but now i will not do the same mistake. If you are unable to do, then just please let me know. I will take strict action against idea broadband.

Updated by amit_it07 Today, ur technician come and shift device, and that time internet was working fine.But it is totally disconnected, i am not getting any signal for Internet.
