Idea Broadband — Refund Pending

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

Hi My CAF Serial Number No. MH [protected] was called back on the Aug 14th and I am supposed to receive a refund of that amount i.e., Rs.2, 482/- I have not received any notification regarding the same. It is not expected out of a company like IDEA. Please update me on the status of the refund as you guys had committed a timeline of 45 days and it is almost up now. If i do not receive my payment then I will be taking further action which is not the condition you guys would like to witness. Regards Shashwat Mittal +91-[protected]
