[Resolved] Idea Cellular — 255 recharged but didn't get offered data

I recharged my account by 255 rupees on 4 October. I only got 1 GB data instead of 10 GB, so I complained on idea Cellular after some days I got call from customer care I told them my mobile is 4g enabled & my sim is 4g then they asked me to SMS ifa to 56756 so I did but nothing happened I even send them screenshot shot of the offer. Now it has been so many days but I didn't get my remaining 9 GB data, so please help me get my data before it's validity get over. My complaint no is 1-[protected]
