[Resolved] Idea Cellular — 3g internet speed

Internet speed is very slow is greater than last 3-4 months.
I have giving some issue from network speed.
I also trying change the apn setting for giving fastest speed suggested by your costumer care (By calling 198) but it won't gave the speed.
Request you to kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.
If internet speed is very slow then i'm not getting benefit to make recharge of rs.350&above.
So, kindly resolve the problem

It will be very helpful if you do something fast, so i can at lest enjoy last remaining month of subscription
If it's not possible to speed up internet speed, then i am afraid it will be my last month o[censored]sing idea network ever again

I have paid Rs.850/- for data card no [protected] a/c no[protected] on 17.08.2018 for the month July18 through on line transaction ID NUR[protected].

As of now I have not received receipt for the same.
