[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — 3G recharge vanished in no time

My Number is [protected] Recharged IDEA 1GB 3G Recharge Offer on 01/09/2015 evening and used 3G on 02/09/2015 . The Call meter software which automatically resets at the end of the month and calculates 3G usage correctly . This shows 160MB usage starting fro first of september 2015 and I did the recharge on 01 September evening. Now my 1 GB data is already over and I am already using 949 unlimited recharge when software reports a total usage of just 160 MB which includes the usage prior to 149 offer recharge and the later 949 recharge. Problem : 1GB data vanished, my Rs 100 talk time eaten up without my knowledge after that. and the usage recorded by reliable software is just below 160MB Now I am accessing 3G using a 949 Rs recharge and after recharge I came to know that there is no way at all to see my utilization and it can slow up at any time. I was using the 3G meter software for past 2 years and my bills and the reported usage used to exactly the same for other service provider. This is totally unfair from IDEA to take the data out from the customer.
