Idea Cellular — 3G services | |||||
Hi Team, I had made a recharge of Rs.295/- for 1gb 3G data on 24/10/2015 and immediately after that made another recharge of Rs.105/- for 300mb 3G data. Ethically Idea cellular should provide me with around 1300mb 3G data as per my 2 recharges but they only provided 300 mb data. When I called idea customer care the representative told me that as per company policy the recharge data doesnt get added up and u will only get 300mb as that recharge was performed later. Please can we look into this matter and do something about this unethical customer service experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
