[Resolved] Idea Cellular — 4G pack at Rs 56(234 MB) not activated but balance deducted

I have raised a complaint.Balance of Rs 56 was refunded. I was not told that 4G Rs 56 pack should be recharged. I again *800# then 4G pack and then Rs 56. Again Balance is gone pack not activated on [protected]

Please donot use USSD for 4G pack activation it does not work.

Please refund the amount if you cannot activate the pack.
