Idea Cellular — [protected]-balance deduction

My no. Is : [protected]. I have been deducted rs.72 for browsing on 12march even though I have my internet pack.so I called the consumer care they had told that the it was wrongly deducted and it will be refunded within 48hrs.but the balce had not been refunded. So I called them on 14 march once again they told me that it was not deducted wrongly but it was deducted due to some reasons and they told that my refunding is in progress and they told me to call after 24hrs.what is going on? I had wrongly deducted balance and I have not even responded properly!! when I'll get my balance back???
