Idea Cellular — About network failure issue | |||
I have subscribed to 3G network service of India's leading telecom service provider - Idea Cellular. I have purchased Idea net setter along with 3G data pack of 10GB of Rs. 1500/-. It is promised to give the speed of 3G network (UMTS- as shown in device) but I am not able to use the internet as 3G network properly. The net setter device continuously shows HSPA network connection. Due to which I am in very trouble and unable to perform my important and necessary task. the company has advertised to give 3G service in the region but it is failing to fulfill the promises. i have provided the screenshot which shows in about 30 min only 30 mb of data is used and the uploading & downloading speed which is showing is also pathetic.
