hi my name vinay kumar and my number is [protected] & [protected].i have taken this number in jan and after one months i have given call to customer care and said please closed my connection they said ok, but after i months i recived a new bill with 2000 for each i said ok i will pay, but the idea people given this thing to collection department i.e call center and the start calling to my parents my relative by using my call history and start using bad and slang language, some one said i thief, some use gaali and many more i am asking this is way to collect your payment from customer, this is professional way, will they will not hire some well meaner call center executive,
