Hi sir, I am using idea postpaid from last 4-5 months, my first plan of idea is 699 pack nd 99 my total billing is 950, on jan 22 m call to idea custmor care nd said tio reduce my plan @499... They said call on 27 jan beacause ur bill is genrated on 26 jan isaid ok, then i call on 27 jan nd change my plan @499.. Nd ask her my first plan is deactivated they said yes, now on 26 feb my bill is genratef rs1403/-. They activated both plans on one number, please fix my problenmm as soon as. My mobile no is [protected], now custmer care tell lie they do not appricate my billing they make wrong bill, why should person activate both plans on one number, please sir listen my recording of 22 jan nd 27 jan thn u realize who is wrong, idea is a fraud company all custmore care executive speak lie.. My plan is rs 499 nd billing amount is rs 1403/-... Such a fraud company never trust on idea... I companint from last 20 days not get solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
