Hi,
Suddenly out of the blue i got a message that you have been charged 5 rs and some service is activated. I have not requested any service or given then any consent to do so.
It happened twice
Date:25 nov 2017 8:36 pm and 5dec2017 8:00 pm
Reaction from customer care:they picked up and then cut the call
After the 1st incident i was able to connect to customer care and they could not provide any helpful information. Was this information helpful? |
