I have been complaining about 300rs taken as activation charge for which i have not been given invoice. Visited 2-3 times to store on which they always told me to come afterwards. During activation they told me plan will be less than 199 but they activated higher one and after billing they said thats the lower plan. On my request i was never given bill due to which i didnt pay bill neither i used the following sim card after 1st month. Collection agents call you and repeatedly abuse you saying - aapki aukat nai payment ki to kyu lete hi and all. They dont accept their fault. After severat bouts they agreed to deduct and put bill amount somewhere near 600-700 on which i requested bill to pay they never sent me one. How am i supposed to pay without bill. Now out of blue moon they send legal notice without realising their fault. Note - 1. I have never said that i will not be paying just needed clarification that company like idea (Aditya biral group company) will accept payment without reciept. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
