Dear sir/madam, I tried to recharge from idea app for offer RC449, the amount had deducted from my account but the recharge was not done And the money was not credited into my account i have mailed to the idea customer care service but there is no response still. Verified Support Nov 29, 2018 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our recent communication, we've informed you that the there is no such recharge is reflecting in your account. Hence, we request you wait till 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed. Also, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge within 7 working days.
