I HAVE IDEA NET PACK CONNECTION NO.[protected]. ON 23.11.14 (BETWEEN 08.30 HRS TO 09.00 HRS) WHEN I RECHARGED MY CONNECTION THROUGH VENDOR WITH RS.199/-, IT WAS DONE SUCESSESFULLY AND A CONFIRMATION SMS ON THE MOBILE OF MY VENDOR WAS SENT FROM THE COMPANY. FURTHER, WHEN I CHCKED IN, THERE WAS NO RECHARGE DONE TO MY CONNECTION NO.[protected]. WHEN I CONTECTED TO MY VENDOR HE APRISE ME AFTER DOING MANY AFFORTS THAT " you have recharged the number after 3 months that's why your SIM is expired and allotted to some one else & your money is FORFITTED, now you can request only to the person who has been allotted the no.[protected]."
