Today i called to customer care to activate 199 plan, lady from calls we could not activate it, then i insist to transfer to call to senior officer. After one min the senior lady was very arrogant she hang down receiver without my permission, Again i called and confirm the name of lady its shubahngi shive, I request idea cellular Must take serious action on arrogant lady.
