Idea Cellular — Automatically debiting money by VAS without any consent from me.

I have never activated any services from idea, but automatically VI activating services in behalf of me, there is total 35 deduction 2 VAS activated one is Handset inbuilt games 25/- and the second one is Telsync games 10/- . Please take strong action against idea.
