[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bad impression from customer service executive | |||||
I am using idea sim from the very past 9 years, and from last 10 months monthly i am recharging rs 347/- pack and still it valid to 14 nov 2017 without any notification after 1gb it started deducted my main account balance almost around rs99.45/- last day (28/10/2017), i called to your idea customer care from my another idea sim, and i requested mr. Amal antony (Call id no. Q[protected] time : 8.49pm) to clarify my account balance deduction, i then, complained to him regarding this, but he argued with me and talked in a very rude manner. He didn’t listen to me. His tone was very aggressive, and he used very bad words and he also refused to make the correction, telling me that it was my fault. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir I am at a time live in Abu Dhabi. My mobile & idea sim lost. So how can possible my old number is back.my number [protected]. Sir my are paytm, email id, Facebook accounts join. So PLZ I will back my old idea no.
