Idea Cellular — Balance deduction and data balance deduction | |||
My Idea Cellular Number is [protected]. I am using 3G Internate on my number since long. The connectivity and services are good and satisfactory. But today suddenly my account debited with Rs. 330/- approx. Actually I had made recharge of 3 GB data worth Rs. 448/- on 10th August. Yesterday evening the data balance was about 1.5 GB. and suddenly today morning the data balance was nil. How it is possible as I haven't used that much and in one night how 1.5 GB balance lost? And I was not aware about nil balance so I continued with internate on for 3 to 4 hours and suddenly my talk time balance deducted. Also since one week the Internate service was off in Gujarat so my 3 GB data balance used within 15 days? You can check my usage for last few months also. Sir, please look into the matter and do needful to revert my data balance and talktime balance. Please do needful Was this information helpful? | |||
