[Resolved] Idea Cellular — balance deduction by idea cellular

My idea prepaid balance is getting deducted every 15 minutes and I get message like deduction of money for making calls and internet usage although I did not use any of these services. I called Idea customer care and they told me to call on no. 19 or 25. When I called on these nos. it was not existing. I have no VAS subscription or any other plans activated on my number.
