Subject : balance deduction for vas service but not refund.

My mo no is [protected]. I am a customer of idea from last 5years old today my rs balance deduction for vas renual service charge.
I had already call for balance refund but your executive behaviour not correct she did not refund my balande did not refund all this thinks happen today...
So i hope regard idea will be credit my balance
