Myself Pardeep Kumar from Punjab My Mobile No. [protected] is postpaid but now I converted it to prepaid. Its Balance not refund me after one month. Please refund my balance into my prepaid sim card. I shall be thankful to you for this. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
