Idea Cellular — Baring my services | |||
Dear Sir/madam, I have been a loyal customer of idea cellular for quite some time now and have been paying bills on time, with out defaulting however my due date is last date of every month but since i get paid on the same day, at times may be just twice or so i have delayed my payment by a day.However now the concern is, for the first time my unbilled amt reached the credit limit and when i asked for the break up they were able to clarify well i'm not disputing it, but in return they have disconnected my out going.Well i did speak to the customer service as i had recently paid the bill of 2203, and was willing to pay the amount once the bill is generated also i asked them if they could waiver some amount as i have referred close to 12 people to idea, i had told them its very important for me to have an out going as my wife was expecting and her due is around the corner, and my relative was unwell and having an out going was very important.I was told by the agent that it'll be escalated.But to my dismay they have even blocked my incoming call as well.When asked i was told that they have no info as to why its was blocked and it was blocked by the fraud dept, Cuz of idea's lethargic and atrocious service i was not able to get the news of my relative passing away. When i called up all i get is the stone cold apologies.Apologies are not any good any more when i don't get to see my dear aunts face. I was ok with not having outgoing but was able to manage with inbound.Nut with no inbound and outbound i seem to have been cut off from rest of the world. Was this information helpful? | |||
