Idea Cellular — Bill discrepancy - wrongly charged GPRS charges on 23rd June

Hello, I wrote this email on July 30th to ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com, till today 7 Aug I did not recieve any acknowledement/call from idea customer care. Find below mail content - Account details:Idea cell No: [protected]Account No.:[protected]Invoice No.: [protected]Invoice Date :15-Jul-2014 Please revert the GPRS charges charged in my account though I have not used internet on 23rd June. I was using basic phone and was having normal sim. On 23 july(time-16:36) I reached to Idea center and requested SIM exchange(micro sim). And also changed Plan to MH Privilege 299. Please find below the communication details and please pay attentions on request dates and time. C1-[protected] Requests R-SIM Exchange 23-Jun-2014 FulfilledEmail communication receieved details :Date: 23 Jun 2014 16:36:21 +0530Dear Customer, Your request for SIM Exchange via O1-[protected] has been processed successfully w.e.f 23/06/2014 4:35:38 PM.We value our association and look forward to servicing you C1-[protected] Requests R-Plan Change 23-Jun-2014 FulfilledEmail communication receieved details :Date: 24 Jun 2014 01:03:52 +0530Dear Customer, your tariff plan has been changed to MH Privilege 299 effective from .Kindly note that the New Tariff charges will be applicable after 2 hours from now. We thank you for preferring Idea cellular and look forward to servicing you. I had conversion with customer care but did not get the reversal for amount charged on 23rd and 24th June(around Rs. 498). I should get reversal for all GPRS charged amount. Looking at bill the GPRS time usage was 19:52 around 3 hours after SIM Exchange request. 1 23-Jun 19:52:38 internet Internet 124730.000 498.920 The concern here is the GPRS usage amount charged in bill is not correct and not acceptable. I have inserted new SIM in my smartphone on 24 June(you can easily trace this with smartphone identity with SIM). How could I access the GPRS with old SIM(must be deactivated after SIM exchange request) and with new SIM(micro SIM) which I started using on 24 June(post half). If you accept that the charges charged lets say after 24th is wrongly charged then you should analyze the timings and activation/installation of micro SIM in new Smartphone throughly and resolve my concern.Please do revert the GPRS usage charged against me. I am loyal customer from last 5+ years. Thanks,

any update? The customer care representative is unable to answer my concern/queries. The representative was giving the unrealistic answers which are not acceptible from such big firm who has new slogan "Hum nahi banege ULLU". I believe the representative was not aware about the Idea system and she told that I will get the call from customer care within 24 hours to resolve the complaint. I awaiting the call since 5-6 days

On top of my billing concern, I need clarrification/details for below items-
1. When was my new sim got activated
2. When was my old sim got deactivated
3. From which IP/sim the internate usage happened on 23 June and the device/phone used.
