[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Bill not proceeding

I had done pay bill 522 Rs on 02/03/2017 on idea cellular app from net banking (SBI) . The bill is not yet cleared . I submitted bank statement at idea care two week before. I suffered lot of pain because my calling are barring .
After back to back follow up from idea care not resolve my bill.
Also lot of follow up from idea customer care my problem not solved.

My life is frustrating coz of barring outgoing calls and internet.

Trns no is IGAAWUUWQ3 from sbi net banking for 522 Rs on 02/03/2017
Please clear my bill ASAP
