[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Bill plan changed without permission and over unbilled amount | |||
Sir, my mob no is [protected].I got a call from idea cellular on[protected] regarding privilege plan benifits. I replied to change the plan after next billing date. But they change my plan on[protected] and my unbilled amount is increased to Rs 4400. My actual unbilled amount is 1050.On what base they increased unbilled this much amount that i dont know.I didnt get any confirmation message regarding plan change. I called their customer care. But they didnt give right information.This is cheating from aditya birla group. Pl be aware. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 27, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Idea customer care officers doesnt call me yet and the issue is not resolved .Still my unbilled amount shows 4418 and plan also not changed Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I wrote complaint to this email address. I wants idea to reduce my unbilled amount and change my previous plan as soon as possible..Otherwise i will take legal steps aganist idea. I will take awarness to people about this cheating company.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I am using Idea cellular service. my mobile number is [protected]. I found extra charges in my last bill. I have visited Idea gallery and executive told me that Idea has changed your tariff (45 Paisa per minute).
I asked him but I dint request for the changing plan or tariff. Executive replied me that its company policy and Idea is sending message to customer regarding tariff. I dint get such message and in today's life do we really have time to check messages??? Why idea has not been informed me?
Executive has reset my plan but the bill which is wrongly generated (as per my plan Idea to Idea 10 paisa and Idea to other mobile 30 paisa) that is 45 paisa for per minute.
I have sent mail to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but dint get any satisfactory answer. How can Idea has changed tariff without informing customer. Why should I pay extra amount??? In feature also Idea can do it. What is the option for customer??
This is cheating. I dont want loose my mobile number.
Kindly suggest me what shall I do?
