I raised a request on 26 april 2017 to change the plan. They replied me on 6th may 2017 to send my company i'd from my professional email address. I did that on 10th may 2017. There was no response from idea. They charged me with old plan in month of may, june and july. I call customer services on 10 july to check the status on my request and they changed my plan on 11 july 2017. When i asked them they said some technical issue so they didn't process request. To fix small technical issue they took 2.5 months. The great services i have ever seen.
