Dear Sir,

I have deactivated my mobile number [protected] on 23/6/14 and had paid all my pending bills but still i am recieving demand letter from your side asking to pay Rs 456.07. I have all the required proofs and i am attaching them herewith for your reference. Please look into this matter and resolve this issue immediately.
