[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — billdesk idea bill paid twice via internet banking but not processed and debited

Sir last month i. E, 14/06/2017 i paid the idea post paid bill for no [protected] from my bank of maharashtra internet banking. I was debited of rs.649, but it says that my transaction was failed, so i continued for second time and the transaction was successful but it was debited twice in bank statement. I expected that amount would be refunded back to me but it didnot happen.
Can you please refund the money back.. Transaction number jbom[protected].. Thankyou.
