Idea Cellular — Billing Dispute for postpaid

I am having Idea Postpaid number since 2003 and the number is [protected] and i have an addon number also. Last month i got a call from company about my bill. That person told me if i m having some profitable bill plan. He told me about a plan with which i can use 2 mobile with one plan charge, plan was CUG Granual. Now i m billed for my both number separately. When the person called i have conformed for 4 to 5 times about the plan. The number from which i was called is [protected]. I have done complain in company but there is no solution. I am having a call recording of that call in which there is completely clear that the person told that i can have single plan for both of my number. I can send a copy of that recording i[censored] want.
