[Resolved] Idea Cellular — billing of my postpaid mobile no. [protected] | |||||
For my above post paid connection, in your local branch i have told to give me my monthly bill at my residential address but the local branch does not follow the instruction. I never give in written to the idea company for sending my bill on mail. I want physical bill at my residence address as i have to submit the bill for my account purpose. Further i request you to send me the bill dt.[protected] and[protected]. I already complained to idea outlet over telephone on[protected] regarding my above bill and they assure me to give the bills within 3 days, but till date no action at your end. Applicable charges are deducted for song change but still running with previous song only.shocking is that it is showing my new song in my idea app and tollfree no[protected] but not yet working. All customer care are telling the same. Kindly take action.

I have paid bill through SBI anywhere.
as per SBI bill is paid to Idea and SBI share the transction ID.
when i contact to Idea Customer case they told me Transaction id is not available in our Database.
