[Resolved] Idea Cellular — billing related issue | |
Idea cellular networ: I have got some issue related to extra amount in my billing, so after having discussion with customer care, they have promised to give waiver but it didnt happened and next month again it got added in the bill. I requested the customer care to hold my account as i have confusion and doubt over the charges so but the number got disconnected but billing amount is still increment every month. Now they started calling my friends and family that i have not paid the bill, they even came to my office for the same. Please help me with these nonsense.
