[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Blocking of lost sim card

I, Shivani Agrawal, have lost my idea sim card on 20th September 2016 ([protected]). I have tried calling 12345 and I am unable to connect with the idea customer care who may help me block the sim.

So I request you to kindly block the sim ([protected])as soon as possible as it may be used for any illegal purposes.

Updated by Shivani Agrawal They haven't contacted me yet. And their customer care number doesn't connect to any person, it says check the number you have dialed every time.

On[protected] my cell phone got stolen/lost. I had an IDEA prepaid sim [protected]. request as below:

1. to issue a new sim card of the same number.
2. if not possible, please block my sim so that it may not be misused.
