[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bluelima activation without my consent

Bluelima service got activated on my idea phone number and i don't know how. A message saying that such service is activated and rs 35 has been deducted from my main balance was received by me. I haven't registered for such service and i don't know how it got activated. Please kindly look into the matter how automatically the service gets activated without the concern of the subscriber and refund my money back. I have immediately deactivated the service as it said it will continue deducting rs35 each week. Not sending a message prompting to activate a service or not is completely unethical as vulnerability increases to such unwanted services. And i know that i never wanted such service. So please do right by refunding my money back or else users will lose faith in! Dea.

As checked the vas service is ativate from your number.So the said amount is deducted You may deactivate by sending STOP sms to 155223.also would inform that the same is activated after customer concern.
