[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bluelima spam service activation without customer consent

What the hell is this "bluelima" service?

I've been charged for this service and i have no idea how this i activated in my account. Looks like a spam service that idea is put on customers.
My sincere request to idea to deactivate this service.
Respected officials here, please take a necessary action on idea.
