[Resolved] Idea Cellular — call restriction

In my sim [mobile no. [protected]] i bought recharge for rupees 10 from

I got rs 7.47 as promised in the website. But "validity unrestricted" is
Confusing. I was surprised to discover that my calls are still
Restricted. I felt deceived.
Calling 198, only informed me that i need to recharge for rs 35 or more
To unblock my calls. So, "validity unrestricted" is misleading.
I want my calls be made unblocked.
