[Resolved] Idea Cellular — charged twice for the same combo plan by idea app

I have first recharged my idea prepaid no.[protected] with 209 dated-1 october 2017, amount got deducted from paytm but i didn't get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not getting loaded. I waited for some time then i tried again doing same recharge and it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same, after few second the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for same combo pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of 209 any how it would be really appriciable. Thanking you in anticipation

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As checked, recharge is done twice and benefits are availed accordingly. Also would express our inability to refund the same. We advise you to wait for confirmation message once the recharge is been done.
