[Resolved] Idea Cellular — CHARGING DIALER TONE WITHOUT ANY TELEPHONIC APPROVAL | |||
MY pre-paid IDEA Cellular no is [protected] (pune). on 12 nov'14, there was a promotional call from idea regarding free of charge activation of dialer tone for 3months.on 13th, they sent sms regarding activation of free of charge dialer tone. On the same day, they send a sms regarding charging of Rs. 125 for dialer tone activation for 6 months. I call idea, talk to Mr. Ganesh regarding deactivation of dialer tone and return of Rs. 125.
