[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Cheating and divulging false information

Background of the case is I am using 3g plan which was activated to last till 14/01/2015 (155 plan for 1 Gb ) Even after activating the plan only 2g data service was coming . I went back to the outlet for changing settings, instead they activated a 3g plan for 3 days for 80 mb which expired on 21/12/14 . Next day i went to the same outlet and they r denying they recharged my whole month plan is wasted . My concern is the unethical, unprofessional, misconduct by Idea outlet . They are not ready to listen and the outlet is operated in deceit and the information is not provided correctly . We don't want these kind of outlets to operate . Also, franchise should adhere to some guidelines not run on their free will . I want my 3g service to be restored which was revoked because of the carelessness of idea franchise
