It is the usual practice of idea, looting customers money in the name of a service which was not activated or even unheard of. My 35 rs was deducted from balance on 18th november 2017 at 12.18 am in the name of having activated sunny games. This is the 5th time i am facing the same cheating. Idea could have begged the customers instead of such cheap strategies to extract customers money
