[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Cheating with their plans

Dear Sir/Madam My name is Limshad from Kerala. My number - ( +91 [protected] ) - I am using idea cellular service past 5 years. Before two years i have changed my plan pre-paid to post paid. From there onwards i am satisfied with their service. They are taking cash simply without my permission and i have given lot of compliments to their department. Then i tried to make it as prepaid itself but they newer allow me to change. Then will so many issues when am going to change that. Past tow months i came in Dubai for business purpose so i made it six month non bill plan but now they are disconnected due to non payment. Because of my value of that sim am still keeping that sim.but cheating me very nicely. My compliant number - +91 - [protected] Please take necessary actions

I paid my amount kerala->kondotty branch. That person told that daya that i cleared my full amount so no need to worry about coming six months. From next month onwards you started your common technique to cheat customers.
