[Resolved] Idea Cellular — collection agent rude behaviour and not providing proper details of bill of postpaid connection after porting

Last month I have ported from Idea to other service provider.. I did not got any bill from Idea for that last month. Around 5days back for a call from collection agent([protected])for bill payment .. I asked her for details asI feel the bill amt is more .. but she rudely denied to provide any such details..And asked me to do patment as soon as possible. Today again that agent called and with same rude nature she started crossfiring me any the nonpayment of bill. The behaviour was atterly nonproffesional not at all acceptable. please look into it and guide me how to solve the problem. Rude behaviour of Idea's collection agents was my prime reason for porting.
