[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — company sim change to individual person

I m idea postpaid user in company my m. No[protected] name of arisudana industries ltd. Im facing some problems in your idea retail showroom im given the letter dt. 05.07.2017 to change company sim to individual person idea retail showroom ludhiana in cheema chowk retail office. But they are harass to me and ready excuse every time and says to me company system are down so ur processing could not be proceed but my prob today till date are pending i dont know the company server down ya there reatail office staff are lazy, if my problem could not be sort out so i will take the action very soon i will change my all company idea connection and the idea company lost his 50 custmer in my company.. So plz sort out my problem as soon as possible. Thanku u
