Idea Cellular have stated that on recharge for Rs. 164/- you could have got 1GB 3G data.
But I recharged for Rs. 166/- and received only 600MB. I paid more but received less. I recharged after checking it through *121# in afternoon. If Rs.166/- offer was not available and not for my number, why the database of Idea accepted my recharge for Rs.166/-. The database of Idea should have rejected my recharge request. But instead of rejecting, it was accepted and recharged and provided less data even after more payment. Who wants less data/offer on payment of more.Customers are being cheated. If the issue is not taken seriously and callously dealt by Idea company, I will take the matter further.
