Sir, i have idea prepaid number [protected] in haryana circle. I am regularly getting flash messages from your side which are chargable also. I had requested through customer care to stop these messages but to no avail as i have been charged multiple times. Please stop these messages or i shall have to discontinue using idea prepaid. 2 times i have pay 99 rupees unwated service download on my phone automatically. So please stop this flash message. As per our record, you have raised the request post 24 hours of the deduction. Also, you've been charged while using WAP service.
