[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Complaint about my idea number barred without any prior notification

Hello,
It is to inform you that i am a very old customer of idea cellular with high usage.
In the morning without any notification idea team has barred my number... And when i asked the reason they said its because of my unpaid amount of other numbers that is-[protected] and [protected]... The very next moment i made the payments for both the numbers around 5pm...
Numbers-[protected] — paid — 2730 ref number-gic[protected]
[protected] — paid — 1900+570=2470 ref number-gic [protected]...

And called up the customer care, there they told me to wait for just 1 hour to get my number actuvated ([protected]).
I waited whole evening and
Again i called up at 11 pm to confirm that why its still barred then they are saying that tomorrow go to the idea showroom and get it activate we cant help you, i told him that its urgent i may go to delhi tomorrow early morning and the payments are already done but he refused. (Ravindra and tarun)
I even paid 3800 for the number-[protected]-ref number-gic[protected] just in case if the due date is over for that.

Really disappointed by this kind of service and behaviour of the staff.

After using idea services for almost 10 years... The kind of disappointment i faced today was really embarrassing.
