Dear sir /madam I am writing this complaint regarding unbilled amount of 5035.05/- of postpaid bill. I have already paid 2130/- on dated 21st march 2018. Every month company misguide about monthly plans, even company not remind your last date of bill, this is a very big issue. Company also misguide me for sms plan so its not my fault for this 5035.05/- amount of bill. I want full detail and then i will check and pay the bill.
