On behalf of my husband dhiraj d. Pawar for the mobile nos. [protected], [protected] i want to register the complaint for the charges mentioned in the attached invoice.
On 3rd august 2016 the request for closing both the nos. I. E. [protected], [protected] was given at your wanorie office pune along with the closure forms id proofs and photos.
The wanorie office idea representative confirmed the till date (03/08/2016) unbilled amount for both the nos. As rs. 660/- which was paid at the same time.
From then there was no usage done by us on the both the nos. But as per your invoice the net usage charges are levied on us on 4th august 2016 for both the numbers rs. 1220.56 and rs. 2874.52 respectively.
Today we received these faulty bills with charges charged on the date when we have not used either of these numbers.
After calling to customer care they confirmed the sim card was deactivated and there was no usage of the numbers after 03/08/2016. Will you please explain why this was not informed to us on the day when we were closing these numbers?
Why the unbilled amount sais to us was only 660/- for both the numbers?
There was no transparency kept from your behalf on the unbilled amount and internet usage.
I still think the charges are excess.
I am very unhappy with the resolution provided by customer care.
