[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Complaint for Migration time too much longer | |||
Dear Sir, I have given a request for migration my cell no. [protected] from postpaid to Prepaid on 05.09.2015 to RAJDEEP TELECOM- HAPUR but till date it have not been completed. AND My no. is disconnected from 08.09.2015 to till date (ie my no. [protected] is closed from past 8 days), and due to this I have faced lots of problems. I have also intimated this situation to our appellate authority Mr.. Rajiv Bhandari Ji on around 10.09.2015 but till date my problem is still standing and no one listening my voice. My complaint has been resolved yesterday evening and my cell no. 9410244411 is activated now.

Migration time is appx. 5 days but you have taken appx 12 days and till now the no. is not activated infact before past 9 days my no. is disconnected from your side.

So i hope that my no. will be activated by today evening surely.
