[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Complaint on the behavior of customer service | |||
I missed to pay the bill on time and my outgoing was disconnected. No issues every company has their policies in getting money from the customers, I truly accept this. However a lady keeps on calling every day with an arrogant voice to pay the bill. I've told her multiple times that if I've enough time I will pay the bill. One day she called me and as I was busy in a meeting couldn't talk to her and disconnected the call. She called me at least 10 times until I answer the phone. The true translation of her words: "phone lift cheyydaniki anta problem ga unda mundu bill kattu" - You don't even have time to answer the phone, first pay the bill" She acted like a thug who is hired for settlements and every time tries to threaten the customer with her arrogant voice as if I did a big sin in my life. The phone number that I received the call from is : [protected]. She called me again even I already paid the bill and I asked her if she was the one who called me couple of days ago. Again, this lady started tuning her arrogant tone and the true translation for the conversation: "nenu rojuku vanda mandiki phone chesta nuvvu naku gurtuntava endi" - "I call multiple customers and you're not the only person that I speak with" Then I informed her that I will file a complaint on the unprofessional that she showed towards me, here shoe goes: "nuvvu em chestukuntavo chesko mundithe bill kattu" - "do whatever you can but first pay the bill" I'm sure that nothing would be done on this but I just want to make sure that this doesn't happen again.
